Returns and refunds

If a piece arrives damaged, defective, wrong or not as described, report it within 72 hours of delivery with photos. We refund by bKash or bank transfer, or send a replacement. We can't take returns for a change of mind, because every piece is handmade by a small maker.

What we cover

  • Damaged: broken, torn or crushed when it arrives.
  • Defective: it doesn't work the way it should.
  • Wrong item: not the piece, variant or personalisation you ordered.
  • Not as described: clearly different from its photos and description.

What we don't cover

We don't take returns for a change of mind. A problem must be reported within 72 hours of delivery; after that it can't be claimed.

Refunds and replacements

Our team reviews every report. If we approve a refund, we send the price of the pieces to your bKash or bank account. If we approve a replacement, the maker sends a new piece at no cost to you.

Good to know

How long do I have to report a problem?

72 hours from delivery. Report it from the order in Your orders, with photos.

Can I return a piece if I change my mind?

No. JADUZ pieces are handmade by small makers, often to order, so we only take returns for damage, defects, wrong items or pieces that aren't as described.

How do I get my money back?

When we approve a refund, we send the price of the pieces by bKash or bank transfer.

I ordered without signing in. How do I report a problem?

Sign in with Google, open Your orders and add the order with its order number and the mobile number you ordered with. Then report the problem from the order.

Why do you need photos?

Photos let us decide quickly and fairly, and show the maker what went wrong. Take them of the piece and the packaging as soon as you open the parcel.
