How JADUZ works

  1. 1. Every maker is vetted

A JADUZ curator reviews each maker's portfolio, proof of making and identity before they can sell.

  2. 2. Every piece is approved

Each piece is checked before it goes live, and its page shows who made it and where.

  3. 3. Pay cash on delivery

Order online and pay the courier when the parcel arrives, anywhere in Bangladesh. We confirm each order before the maker packs it.

  4. 4. Damage is covered

If a piece arrives damaged or wrong, report it within 72 hours of delivery with photos, and we arrange a replacement or a refund.

  5. 5. Makers are paid for their work

JADUZ markets each maker, collects payment through the courier, keeps a commission and pays the rest to the maker.
