Delivery and Cash on Delivery

JADUZ delivers across Bangladesh, and every order is Cash on Delivery: you pay the courier when the parcel reaches you. Delivery costs ৳70 in Dhaka and ৳130 elsewhere for pieces from up to 3 makers. Ready pieces usually arrive in 5–7 days in Dhaka and 7–9 days elsewhere.

Delivery fees

Inside Dhaka

৳70

  • One fee for pieces from up to 3 makers
  • ৳40 more for each maker after that
  • Usually 5–7 days from order to door, 2 days of it with the courier

Outside Dhaka

৳130

  • One fee for pieces from up to 3 makers
  • ৳40 more for each maker after that
  • Usually 7–9 days from order to door, 4 days of it with the courier

How Cash on Delivery works

  1. Place your order. You don't pay anything online.

  2. We call the mobile number you gave to confirm the order. Keep your phone nearby: an order we can't confirm may be cancelled.

  3. The maker accepts within 48 hours and packs your piece. Made-to-order pieces are made for you first, so they add their making time, which each piece shows.

  4. The courier brings the parcel. Check it, then pay the courier in cash.

If you refuse a parcel

You can refuse a parcel at the door, and you pay nothing. It goes back to the maker. Refusing parcels again and again can stop your number from ordering with Cash on Delivery.

Good to know

Why does one fee cover several makers?

Each maker sends their own parcel, but you pay one fee for pieces from up to 3 makers in an order. Each maker after that adds ৳40 inside Dhaka or ৳40 outside Dhaka.

How long does delivery take?

Pieces that are ready to ship usually arrive in 5–7 days inside Dhaka and 7–9 days outside Dhaka. Made-to-order pieces add their making time, which each piece shows.

Do I pay anything before delivery?

No. Every JADUZ order is Cash on Delivery: you pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives, so there's nothing to pay online.

Why does JADUZ call me after I order?

To confirm the order is real before a maker starts work. Many makers make each piece by hand for its order, so a short call protects their time.

What happens if I refuse a parcel?

You can refuse a parcel at the door, and you pay nothing. It goes back to the maker. Refusing parcels again and again can stop your number from ordering with Cash on Delivery.
