Pottery & Terracotta
Pottery & Terracotta covers handmade clay work from Bangladesh: terracotta plaques, tiles, figurines, lamps, vases, planters and everyday pots, a tradition kept alive by potter communities in places such as Dhamrai. Fired clay is hard but can chip if knocked. Colour varies slightly with each firing, and unglazed pieces are porous, so check before using them for food.
